  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz Peach Puree

Garnish: Peach slice and mint sprig

How to make it

  1. Muddle peach wedge with simple syrup and mint.
  2. Add bourbon and lemon juice.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Strain over fresh ice.
