  • 1½ oz Amaretto
  • ¾ oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 whole Egg White (optional)

Garnish: Cherry and lemon peel

How to make it

  1. Dry shake amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain over fresh ice.
