  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Honey Syrup
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 slices Jalapeño, Muddle with honey syrup

Garnish: Lemon twist and chili flake

How to make it

  1. Muddle 2 jalapeño slices with honey syrup.
  2. Add bourbon and lemon juice.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Double strain into chilled coupe.
