  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg White (optional)

Garnish: Red wine float, lemon wheel

How to make it

  1. Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. Strain over fresh ice.
  3. Carefully float red wine on top.
