  • 2 oz Amaro Nonino
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg White (optional)

Garnish: Lemon twist and Angostura drops

How to make it

  1. Dry shake amaro, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake hard.
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe.
