  • 1½ oz Amaretto
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Soda Water

Garnish: Lemon wheel

How to make it

  1. Shake amaretto, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into ice-filled glass.
  3. Top with soda water.
