Ingredients

  • 1½ oz MezcalMore Mezcal cocktails
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Pineapple Syrup, pineapple gum syrup in the original

How to make it

  1. Add the mezcal, lime juice, and pineapple syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe and serve without a garnish.
