  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg White (optional)

Garnish: Lemon peel and Angostura drops

How to make it

  1. Dry shake all ingredients.
  2. Add ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain into chilled coupe.
