- 1 oz MezcalMore Mezcal cocktails
- ¾ oz AperolMore Aperol cocktails
- ½ oz Maraschino LiqueurMore Maraschino Liqueur cocktails
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Garnish: Grapefruit twist, expressed and discarded
How to make it
- Add the mezcal, Aperol, maraschino, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Express a grapefruit twist over the top and discard it.
