Ingredients
- 1 oz MezcalMore Mezcal cocktails
- ½ oz Overproof Rum, Jamaican white overproof
- ½ oz Velvet Falernum
- 1 barspoon Maraschino LiqueurMore Maraschino Liqueur cocktails
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Egg White, a few drops (optional)
How to make it
- Add the mezcal, overproof rum, falernum, maraschino, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker, plus a few drops of egg white if using.
- If using egg white, dry shake first without ice.
- Shake hard with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
