Nuclear Daiquiri

Gregor de Gruyther's 2005 London daiquiri, and a strong one. Overproof Jamaican rum, green Chartreuse, lime, and falernum.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Overproof Rum, Jamaican white overproof, e.g. Wray & Nephew
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Green Chartreuse
  • ¼ oz Velvet Falernum

How to make it

  1. Add the rum, lime juice, Chartreuse, and falernum to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe and serve without garnish.
