Sam Ross's cucumber and mint bourbon sour from Milk & Honey. Think of it as a whiskey Southside with lime and simple syrup.

  • 2 oz BourbonMore Bourbon cocktails
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 8 leaves Mint Leaves, muddle
  • 3 slice Cucumber Slice, muddle

Garnish: Cucumber slice and mint sprig

How to make it

  1. In a shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and mint with the simple syrup.
  2. Add the bourbon, lime juice, and ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint sprig.
