Ingredients

  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg White (optional)

Garnish: Angostura bitters; cherry

How to make it

  1. If using egg white, dry shake without ice first.
  2. Add ice, shake hard, and strain over fresh ice into an old fashioned glass.
  3. Garnish with a few drops of bitters and a cherry.
