  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Absinthe
  • 1 whole Egg White

How to make it

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify.
  2. Add ice, shake hard, and strain into a chilled coupe.
