  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Egg White
  • Soda Water, top with

How to make it

  1. Dry shake gin, lemon, simple, and egg white without ice.
  2. Add ice, shake hard, and strain into a chilled highball with no ice.
  3. Top slowly with soda.
