Maple Old Fashioned
A modern Old Fashioned that trades sugar for maple. Bourbon stirred with maple syrup and bitters, warm and autumnal.

Ingredients
- 2 oz BourbonMore Bourbon cocktails
- ¼ oz Maple Syrup
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters (optional)
Garnish: Orange peel, expressed
How to make it
- Add the bourbon, maple syrup, Angostura, and orange bitters (if using) to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the top and garnish.
