Erick Castro's modern bourbon buck from around 2009. Muddled strawberry, bourbon, lemon, and ginger, topped with soda.

  • 1 whole Strawberry, muddled
  • 2 oz BourbonMore Bourbon cocktails
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Ginger Syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Soda Water

Garnish: Lemon wheel

How to make it

  1. Muddle the strawberry in a shaker.
  2. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, ginger syrup, bitters, and ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
