  • 1½ oz Aperol
  • ½ oz St-Germain
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Soda Water

Garnish: Orange wheel and mint sprig

How to make it

  1. Fill wine glass with ice.
  2. Add Aperol and St-Germain.
  3. Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda.
  4. Garnish.
