  • 1 oz St-Germain
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • 6 leaves Mint Leaves, Muddle gently in glass before building

Garnish: Mint sprig and lime wheel

How to make it

  1. Fill large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add St-Germain and Prosecco.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Add mint and lime.
