  • 1 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Soda Water

Garnish: Orange wheel and rosemary sprig

How to make it

  1. Fill wine glass with ice.
  2. Add gin and Aperol.
  3. Top with Prosecco and soda water.
  4. Stir gently.
