  • 2 oz Vodka
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg White (optional)

Garnish: Lemon wheel

How to make it

  1. Dry shake vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake.
  3. Strain over fresh ice.
