A surprising combination. Gin muddled with jalapeño, lemon, and topped with soda water.

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 slice Jalapeño, Muddle with syrup and lemon
  • 2 oz Soda Water, Top

Garnish: Lemon wheel and jalapeño slice

How to make it

  1. Muddle jalapeño with lemon juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add gin and ice.
  3. Shake.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled highball.
  5. Top with soda water.
