  • 1½ oz London Dry Gin
  • ½ oz Cherry Heering
  • ¼ oz Cointreau
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Grenadine
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • ¼ oz Benedictine

Garnish: Pineapple slice and cherry

How to make it

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into ice-filled highball.
  3. Garnish.
