Rome with a View
Michael McIlroy's 2008 Milk & Honey cooler. Campari and dry vermouth shaken with lime and syrup, then lengthened with soda.

- 1 oz CampariMore Campari cocktails
- 1 oz Dry VermouthMore Dry Vermouth cocktails
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
- Soda Water
Garnish: Orange wheel
How to make it
- Add the Campari, dry vermouth, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with an orange wheel.
