  • 2 oz Pisco, Chilean pisco
  • 4 oz Cola
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters (optional)

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make it

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice and add the pisco.
  2. Top with the cola and add the bitters if using.
  3. Stir gently once.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
