  • 2 oz Pisco
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg White
  • 3 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish: 3 drops Angostura bitters

How to make it

  1. Dry shake pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain into chilled coupe.
  4. Drop bitters on foam.
