  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • ¾ oz Triple Sec
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

Garnish: Lime wheel, to watch the color change

How to make it

  1. Shake mezcal, triple sec, and butterfly pea flower tea with ice.
  2. Strain over fresh ice.
  3. Squeeze lime over the top and watch it turn purple.
