Lychee Martini
A sweet, floral New York favorite from the early 2000s. Vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee juice, and dry vermouth, stirred and served up.

- 1½ oz VodkaMore Vodka cocktails
- ½ oz Lychee Liqueur
- ½ oz Lychee Juice, or syrup from a can of lychees
- ½ oz Dry VermouthMore Dry Vermouth cocktails
Garnish: Skewered lychee
How to make it
- Add the vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee juice, and dry vermouth to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a skewered lychee.
