Left Hand
Sam Ross's Boulevardier riff from Milk & Honey. Bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth with a couple dashes of mole bitters for a cocoa edge.

- 1½ oz BourbonMore Bourbon cocktails
- ¾ oz CampariMore Campari cocktails
- ¾ oz Sweet VermouthMore Sweet Vermouth cocktails
- 2 dash Mole Bitters, or chocolate bitters
Garnish: Brandied cherry
How to make it
- Add the bourbon, Campari, sweet vermouth, and mole bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry.
