A 1960s Miami after-dinner drink. Galliano, triple sec, fresh orange juice, and a little cream, shaken smooth and served up.

  • ¾ oz Galliano
  • ¾ oz Triple Sec, Cointreau is often named
  • ¾ oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 tsp Heavy Cream, 10 ml

How to make it

  1. Add the Galliano, triple sec, orange juice, and cream to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe and serve without a garnish.
