A tropical sour. Dark rum shaken with fresh lime, simple syrup, and egg white.

  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¾ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg White, Dry shake first (optional)

Garnish: Lime wheel and Angostura drops

How to make it

  1. Dry shake dark rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake hard.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Dot with Angostura bitters.
