A riff on the Dark and Stormy. Dark rum with ginger beer, lime, and Angostura.

  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make it

  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add ginger beer and lime.
  3. Float dark rum on top.
  4. Add bitters.
