Bushwacker
A frozen dessert drink from St. Thomas in 1975. Dark rum, coffee liqueur, and crème de cacao blended with coconut and milk.

- 1 oz Dark RumMore Dark Rum cocktails
- 1 oz Coffee LiqueurMore Coffee Liqueur cocktails
- 1 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
- 2 oz Coconut Cream, sweetened cream of coconut (Coco López)
- 2 oz Whole Milk
- 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
Garnish: Grated nutmeg and cherry
How to make it
- Add the rum, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, cream of coconut, milk, and nutmeg to a blender with about a cup of ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cherry.
