Blood Orange Margarita
Ben Davidson's winter Margarita from Sydney, 2000. Blanco tequila, Cointreau, blood orange, lime, and a touch of Campari.

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Blanco TequilaMore tequila cocktails
- ¾ oz CointreauMore Cointreau cocktails
- ¾ oz Blood Orange Juice
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- ¼ oz CampariMore Campari cocktails
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 pinch Salt, for a salt rim (optional)
Garnish: Blood orange slice, salt rim
How to make it
- If you like, rim half of a rocks glass with salt, then fill it with ice.
- Shake the tequila, Cointreau, blood orange juice, lime juice, Campari, and simple syrup with ice.
- Strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a blood orange slice.
