  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Honey Syrup
  • 3 dash Orange Bitters
  • Soda Water, top with

Garnish: Lime wheel

How to make it

  1. Build the tequila, lime, honey, and bitters over ice in a highball.
  2. Top with soda and stir.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
