Jamaica's everyday highball. Overproof white rum topped with Ting grapefruit soda, with an optional squeeze of lime.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Overproof Rum, Wray & Nephew white overproof
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice (optional)
  • Grapefruit Soda, Ting, about 5 oz

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make it

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the overproof rum and, if using, the lime juice.
  3. Top with the grapefruit soda and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
