  • 2 oz Hard Cider
  • 1½ oz Dark Beer, malty ale
  • 1 oz Oloroso Sherry
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg

Garnish: Baked apple slice, cinnamon stick

How to make it

  1. Combine the cider, ale, sherry, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg in a small pan.
  2. Warm gently until steaming, never boiling.
  3. Pour into a punch cup.
  4. Garnish with a baked apple slice and a cinnamon stick. For a party, scale it up in a large pot and keep it warm.
