  • 1 oz Aquavit
  • 1 oz Cynar
  • 1 oz Fino Sherry
  • 2 dash Peach Bitters

Garnish: Lemon twist

How to make it

  1. Add the aquavit, Cynar, sherry, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Express a lemon twist over the top and garnish.
