  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • ¼ oz Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Orange peel

How to make it

  1. Stir the spiced rum, demerara syrup and bitters with ice for twenty seconds.
  2. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass.
  3. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
