Ingredients

  • 2 oz Fino Sherry, fino or manzanilla
  • 4 oz Sparkling Lemonade, lemon-lime soda such as 7UP
  • 4 leaves Mint Leaves

Garnish: Mint sprig, lemon slice

How to make it

  1. Add the mint to a highball glass and fill with ice.
  2. Pour in the sherry, then top with the sparkling lemonade.
  3. Stir gently to bring up the mint.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon slice. For a pitcher, keep one part sherry to two parts soda.
