  • 1½ oz Vanilla Vodka
  • ½ oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Vanilla Syrup
  • ½ fresh Passion Fruit Puree

Garnish: Passion fruit half; prosecco shot on the side

How to make it

  1. Shake the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime, vanilla syrup, and the pulp of half a passion fruit with ice.
  2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Float the remaining passion fruit half on top and serve a chilled shot of prosecco alongside.
