Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch Whisky
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz Honey-Ginger Syrup
  • ¼ oz Scotch Whisky, Islay/peated; float on top

Garnish: Candied ginger

How to make it

  1. Shake scotch, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice.
  2. Strain over fresh ice.
  3. Float a small pour of peaty scotch on top.
