Jeffrey Morgenthaler's 2009 drink from Clyde Common. Aquavit and applejack stirred with sweet vermouth, yellow Chartreuse, and bitters.

- 1 oz Aquavit
- 1 oz Applejack
- ¾ oz Sweet VermouthMore Sweet Vermouth cocktails
- ¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lemon twist
How to make it
- Add the aquavit, applejack, sweet vermouth, yellow Chartreuse, and Angostura to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
