  • ½ oz Lime Cordial
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 6 oz Sparkling Lemonade, Australian 'lemonade' is clear lemon-lime soda
  • 1 wedge Lemon Wedge, squeezed
  • 1 wedge Lime Wedge, squeezed

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make it

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the lime cordial and bitters, and squeeze in the lemon and lime wedges.
  3. Top with the sparkling lemonade and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
