  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • ¼ oz Demerara Syrup
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters

Garnish: Orange peel

How to make it

  1. Add Demerara syrup and orange bitters to a mixing glass.
  2. Add Irish whiskey and ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain over a large ice cube.
  5. Express orange peel.
