Irish Maid
A modern Irish whiskey sour from the 2010s. Muddled cucumber, Irish whiskey, St-Germain, lemon, and simple syrup.

- 2 slice Cucumber Slice, muddled
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- ½ oz St-Germain
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Simple Syrup
Garnish: Cucumber slice
How to make it
- Muddle the cucumber in a shaker.
- Add the whiskey, St-Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup and shake with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
