  • 1½ oz London Dry Gin
  • ¾ oz St-Germain
  • ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Soda Water

Garnish: Lemon wheel

How to make it

  1. Shake gin, St-Germain, and lemon juice with ice.
  2. Strain into ice-filled collins glass.
  3. Top with soda water.
