Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Garnish: Pineapple chunk and grated nutmeg

How to make it

  1. Shake pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime juice hard with ice until the cream is fully emulsified.
  2. Under-shaken, it separates in the glass.
  3. Pour unstrained into a hurricane glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
