- 1½ oz Aged Rum, gold rumMore Aged Rum cocktails
- ½ oz Galliano
- 1½ oz Pineapple Juice
- ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Prosecco, topMore Prosecco cocktails
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
How to make it
- Shake the rum, Galliano, pineapple juice, and lime juice with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
